Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I leased a car for my girlfriend in my name she was not on the lease because she had a bad credit score. She made the down payment from her bank account and she has made 27 payments from her bank account.She started dateing someone else that bought her another car. She returned the car to the dealership I am left with 12 payments left. Can i sue her for the outstanding balance that i owed nissan?

you can sue her if you can prove the facts ...but did you try to negotiate with the lessor???if not, do so now. You may have a paper judgment of which there are many and could not collect and if less the $10000 sue in small claims court..good luck
