Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

how to legally return mobil home without penelty

I own a mobil home financed thru greentree servicing llc. , the mobil home was on property owned by my daughter. She lost the land by repossession,my trailer was on this land, but not tied to it in any way. the owner of the land moved my mobil home without contacting me or the mortgage company of the removal. The Company that moved the trailer damaged it and did not get all property that belonged to the mobil home. I cannot afford to pay the amount of 8000.00 dollars they want to get it back, so I want to turn it over to greentree ,the mortgage holder. It is not up for repo ,so what can I do to avoid further cost to me and let it go back? Thank you ,Lillian

The problem is that you can't. You are on the hook for the note, whether you have the trailer or not.
