Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Liability to pay
If I am one of the partners and the guaranteerer of monies charged to accounts on the business and there was a verbal agreement with the other partner that there would no longer be any charges made to any accounts to said business due to the business no longer doing anything, and with no intent to continue said business, am I liable for any charges incurred after the verbal agreement? This business was not just in Texas, but Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Re: Liability to pay
Your verbal agreement with your partner has absolutely no effect on your trade creditors. You can look to your partner for reimbursement, for whatever that worth,
