Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

We have a lien on debtor for several years. Abstract filed on his county for several years with his real name. He purchased property using alias name after abstract filed. 2-3 years later, he sells property using alias name, not being Homestead. We just found out about property and his use of alias to try to get away from paying debt. Property is only 10-20% of debt. We just found another property that he has done same thing but property still on alias name.

Can we file writ of execution against property even though he sold it illegally and probably title company did not find lien.

Luis
