Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i live in arlington Tx, and i had a car repo 2 years ago ,i just had a call from a place here in the area and they told me that if i don't pay them they will go to my work place and arrange a payroll deduction, is this posible ?

No. They are liars.

And they are violating the law by threatening to do something that they legally can't do.

My advice is: Don't talk to them at all. If they call, hang up immediately.

But if you are inclined to talk to them, make them tell you WHO they are (name of the person, name of the company, physical address of the company) and WHERE they are. If they ask why, tell them it's because they've violated Texas law and you're going to sue them.
