Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I live in Crowley, TX. and I took out an online pay day loan. My husband lost his job and I was unable to pay the loan back as agree. I am now getting calls at harrassing calls at work. They are saying I'm going to jail and they will put a lien on my house. Can they do that? Can they put me in jail?

nono.......have it in writing or tqpe record the calls..and if you are effected by the thrreats enuff to call a lawyer...you have acase but you need ev8dence and tape recording is legal...h
