Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I live in the state of Texas. I recently tried to refinance my house. I found out that I have a Abstract Judgement against me dated back in 2004. Is there any way I can still get my house refinanced without paying off this judgement? I am sure I cannot sell the house without paying it off. But can I get it refinanced without paying if off? Anxiously waiting your response.

Call and we could discuss...many unknown judgmetns can be set aside..but when selling one's home..such judgments do not have to be paid from a homestead BUT a title company may insist..
