Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I Live in the state of Tx. where t he statue of limitations on credit cards is four years, and I did not hear from this co. for six or seven years. I did not recieve a statement from them forsix or seven trs. They say I opted out of harassing phone calls. But should't they have notified me by mail? Can they sue me?

They can sue you but you have a statute of limitations defense. You must assert that defense or you could lose and the debt could be revived. If they sue you, call a lawyer who defends lawsuits immediately.
