Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I live in Texas and my houde was foreclosed on and i was sued for the balance on the loan, a few years later they seized my bank accounts. My question is if i move to another state and open a bank account can it be seized also

Yes.

The judgment creditor would first have to register his judgment in the other state.
