Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I live and work in texas. A business man in California owes me over $3000. The invoice is over 2 years old, far past the due date. I have accepted payment, very few and very small amounts, can i still due for the remaining invoice balance.

So long as it is not beyond the statute of limitations, you can sue him. Unless he has some with Texas, you will probably have to sue him in California.
