Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have lived in Texas since 2004. A TX attorney known for working with uncollectible debt (Sam Streeter) filed a $10 million levy on a CA bank account that belongs to my parents. In the fax I just received from the bank's legal department they claimed they served me with notice of a judgment in 2006 (I never received any such thing) and claimed to have served me about THIS in MAY of THIS YEAR. Again, this never happened. The address they have for me in their file, btw, is one that has not been mine since 2002.

Clearly, I need an attorney, but I'm a freelance writer, and we have very little extra cash right now.
