Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Loaned a ex boyfriend money to loaned ex boyfriend money to buy a tv, ps3 and laptop. We broke up and he's paid nothing and will not give products back. Have text between me and him acknowledging the debt. How do I get property back?

You have a better chance at getting money. You would have to sue him. Small claims court is your best bet.
