Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i loaned a friend money 3 yrs. ago and she has refused to pay me back, no papers were signed, but i have where i transferred from my bank account to her bank account this money, i also have receipts where she pd. $150.00 towards this loan. My question how can i get my money from her or if i can. i live in Houston,Tx. and she lives in Benton,Ark

You have the right to sue her.

But it's not worth it.

She would probably lie about it -

"It wasn't a loan, it was a gift."

"I paid him back already."

Next time, get a promissory note. "With a written agreement, you have a prayer; with a verbal agreement, you have nothing but air."
