Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

How long is a nondischargable debt collectible by collection agencies? Is it legal for a collection firm to call your home if you are on the state no call list? I live in Texas.

no..and u can write the creditor or collector telling them to cease and desist calls..to put all demands in writing...
