Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

How long do I have to wait to sue someone in small claims court. Their invoice is 30 days past due and I don't believe they are going to pay their bill.

You don't have to wait at all. Payment is due when payment is due, and you can file suit the very next day.
