Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

How long will a judgement stay on my credit report? The judgement was filed 4/09 and paid 3/10. Is there anyway to get it off completely?

Since it was paid, you should be able to get a release, which you can file with the clerk and with the credit-reporting agency.
