Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

While I was married I allowed my ex to use one of my credit cards. Before we got divorced, he had put more than $10,000 on the card. He verbally agreed to pay it all off since all the charges were from him. He made payments for about the first year and then stopped. I know since it was my card and he was not on the account that I am responsible for the payments. Is there anything I can do to make him reimburse me for paying off the creadit card?

The divorce decree says that he will pay "any and all debts,charges,liabilities and other obligations incurred solely by the husband".
