Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

We want to get married but my credit is very bad because I had cancer and wasn't able to work. I did'nt get disability. Now I get regular Social Security and am 63. We have worked on his credit for 4 1/4 years now has good credit. Will his credit be ruined if we get married in Texas?

no..credit is personal..not coupled with spouse...
