Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Medical Billing

I have medical bills exceeding $20,000.00

If I can only afford to pay $10.00/$20.00 a month to each doctor or service provider and they refuse payment, is my bill considered payed in full?

Thank You for any information you can give me.

Re: Medical Billing

No. The providers are not obligated to accept less than full payment. You're proposing to pay them off over a few hundred months. That's nonsense.
