Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Medical collections

My husband has been sending money to a surgeon for two and a half years. We have no insurance.

Now an agency says there was no agreement & demands the full amount. Evey check was cashed, is that not an agreement?

No, that is not an agreement but call the Surgeon and if he continues to use agency..he may get nothing ...
