Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Medical debt

I owe a debt to a medical center. It will take me years to pay it off at $100.00 per month. I told them that's what I could pay. Our health insurance wrote the bill off and paid nothing to the medical center. All charges were applied to my high deductible on our individual health insurance coverage. What can they do to me or my credit if I don't pay it off or can't pay $100 per month?
