Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a moble home on my dads land and am foreclosing on this mobil home to day I recieved a letter that If I dont pay what is owed they will sell the land that this mobil home is on, It is not my land. can they do this? what can I do?

If its not your land, they cannot sell it or do anything to it.
