Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My mom recently died. She had some credit card accounts that she hadn't paid off yet. I need to know what I should do about them. I have informed the credit card companies of her passing. She didn't leave a will. What should I do now?

if there is no need to administer the estate, ie, no real property..or personal property for you to get title..then creditors have to file probate claim..you don't owe them anything...they have lawyers and will act if they want payment
