Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

how to get money back from a company holding my account

I have an account with $9000+ with a debt assistant co. in Oregon. I have requested that my account be closed and the funds returned to me per their requirements. That was about 5 weeks ago. I have called & emailed but get no response. Phone calls only go to voice mail. How can I get my money back?

We recently handled a similar case...and would be glad to discuss it. Hire any lawyer but get all the documents you signed, their inducements, etc..and a lawsuit may be necessary..My clients did not realize they had agreed to such outlandish terms and the debt resolution company had paid nothing...But we got their money back and more..
