Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Can I keep the money or do I have to return it?

Recently, the child support service for my county sent me a check in the amount of $250. The check was made to me, and it also showed my address. I deposited the check. Later that week, I received a rude phone call from the child support office. They demanded I return the money, stating that the money was supposed to go to another person with the same name, but it was accidentally sent to me. They also claimed that the check showed the ex-spouse's name and company from whom the wages were garnished. I feel badly that the child support service mistakenly sent me the money instead of the other person whose name is the same as mine. However, because they have been so rude and have been harassing me with legal action, I wanted to find out whether or not I have to return the money. After all, the chekc was made out to ME, with MY address!
