Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

my former husband is the named borrower on my home. I am the only named deed owner. We both signed the original contracts. The bank hass been harrassing me, in his sname to the point of causing me injury and now claims that because the note is in his name only I do not have a claim for violation of unfair collections. Is that the law?

While I like the opportunity to respond to legal inquiries..many people need to talk to a lawyer who, if not capable in this matter, would refer you...it is impossible to say without a review of the documents..and facts..
