Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
My mother took out a debit/credit card under my name from a bank when i was 16 years old and she overdrew it which led me to collections and she refuses to pay it since I moved out. What can I do for her to pay it so that it wont hurt my credit?

Write the creditor and tell them u will not pay, copy and dispute anything on your credit report..and if they don't remove, you could have a lawsuit against the creditor...as the bank permitted the fraud...
