my mother died and had filed chapter 13,do i inherit her estate with out any problems from bankruptcy lawyer? what can hapen if not in texas

This happened to a former client of mine. I filed a Request for Hardship Discharge with the court so my client's heirs could get the benefit of no debt owed by the estate. Talk to your mothers bankruptcy attorney and see if that is an option.
