Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Motion for Summary Judgement

Hi, my Bank gave me an extra amount of money and now a lawyer on their behalf is taking me to court for a summary judgement. What is this? What do I do? Do I need a lawyer also?

A motion for summary judgment means the other side considers no facts being in dispute and that they're entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

When the bank made an error in your favor, did you repay them when they asked? If not, why not? That's what the lawsuit is about.
