moving a lawsuit

got sued from a supplier on old invoices he is in california hired a law firm in austin tx when we did business i was in rowlett tx but the law firm served me the papers representing the company in austin since we never did any business and i'm in rowlett tx how much luck do you think i would have trying to get the case moved to dallas county
