Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Notice

I received a Notice hanging on my mailbox advising me that I have 24 hours to contact a party from a name Tx Supreme Court ID# Sch 700, I am positive it is from a credit card that I have not been able to pay. Is this a legal document? Should I call the # as it says no attorney can call and ask any ?'s or discuss. States it is not a collection agency, originates from registered process server authorized by Tx law, is this legal? Please answer quickly as time is of the essence.

Thank you-

Re: Notice

It sure doesn't sound like any Texas court document I'm familiar with, and the "24 hours" doesn't comport with any court schedule. Hold onto the document. You may have a good claim under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
