Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

obtained a loan and signed deed of trust. More than ten years have past and now the lender wants to enforce or fill charges against me . I had always though he no problems because he never bothered me.

odd question..to collect..lender can sue but file "charges"..what are you asking?
