Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I would like your opinion on a question that I will have on a final Friday for my paralegal class.

Here is a summary on the question.

Client work for ABC company for 4 years,

He was make an authorize user on several company credit cards.

The client did not sign any documentation on the credit cards.

The client charged on company credit that was not related to business use.

Employer fired the client and now he is disputing charges on the credit cards.

What rights does the Client have.

What charges can the Employer file on the Client.

Client has no rights for unauthorized charges..what do you mean? Employer does..and he may file criminal charges..but if client argues they were permitted, it would be difficult..and also e'er could sue..but what would e'er collect from client??
