Outstanding Purchase Order Collection

We have a small company, Corporation, which is a distributor for Material Handling Equipment.

We have a Purchase Order from a Company, Also a Corporation.

Although the equipment requested has been installed in their facility, and is working propoely, they keep refusing to pay.

Can we get a Court Order to Pay, or someother legal notice.

You can sue them in small claims court for a $5000 plus attys fees and court costs or County Court for up to $1M depending on the jurisdiction of your local county court. Sometimes it's not that high.
