Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I owe over 100,000 dollars in debt (credit card & personal unsecured loans). I got these loans 4 years ago due to a family financial crisis. I have been making monthly payments regularly on these loans for the last 4 years. Now, I have to move from the US to my home country due to worsening family situation back home to take care of family. I will not have enough income back home to continue to make monthly payments on my debt.

My debt of over $ 100,000 is from different credit card companies & banks - the largest single debt is $80,000. I have no assets in the US, but I have some assets in my home country. I feel that with internet & google, international skip tracing is possible. Can you advice on what will happen when I leave the US for my home country ? Is there any risk of criminal legal action ? What is the risk of placing a lien on the assets in my home country or freezing my bank account in my home country ?

this must be answered by a lawyer in your home country...as in US/Texas..if no criminal fraud, no criminal action. Perhaps u could file bankruptcy in US and avoid all future collection ..so call us or any bankruptcy lawyer...
