Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

he owes me $30,000,00 for car loan

my best friend at the time need a car so he asked if i could loan him the money being a good friend i said yes i had the money at the time and he was my best friend.

he and his partner where selling there home and told me they would be able to pay me back in six weeks when the house sold .. they never sold the house and i have been nice and i have asked and send e-mail and called him about it i just get the run around ...

now im out 30,000 dallas

i have a witness that was present when i bought the suv ,

i need to know what i can do to get my money or my suv back..it has been a year and 3 month now i have the check where i payed for the suv and my witness is there any thing i can do
