parent's terminal illness/inability to pay

My father has End-Stage Renal Failure. I have Power of Attorney and need a form letter to send to debtors stating my father's terminal condition and inability to pay.

My father is dieing, broke, and can't pay your bill. I am not responsible for his debts.
