Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Past bill
My husband is being called by Capitol Investigative Co about a Sprint Phone bill that is over 7 yrs . They are telling him he will be goin to court over this Now they have called his employer and discussing it with him. What can we do about this. We havent even recieved anything in written on this Please let me know what can be done to stop the harassment. And they are from Baltimore and we live in Texas

Get them to put it in writing..get their names and addresses..and write them certified return receipt requested for proof of the debt, what they are demanding..and to stop calling you or others..and if your employer will put in writing who called, what was said etc..you have a good case agaisnt collector and sprint for unfair collection..
