Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Pay back

I was moved to Oregon and through this company they provided a relo package. It stated that if termanating employment relo would have to be repaid. I have termanated employment before the contact was up and moved back to Texas. What can they do now?

Also if this company is bought out by another one do I owe the new one?

You have an obligation to pay them back, and they can sue you for it. If another outfit buys them up, your debt is one of the purchased assets, and the new outfit can go after you.
