Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a pay day loan and well it has been rough trying at trying to pay on it. Well when I try to pay something else comes up. When I do have the funds to pay it, I do When I don't they call me at work and show up to my job and house. Is this legal for them to do.

A payday loan is an ordinary unsecured debt.

If you have the guts to do this, I would suggest: Don't pay the debt. When they call you, tell them you aren't going to pay the debt. If they ask why, just tell them you aren't going to pay the debt. If they show up at your house, tell them you aren't going to pay the debt, and ask them to leave. If they don't, call the police. If they show up at your work .. same thing.

Don't engage in any conversation with them. Don't be afraid to hang up on them. Stop being nice. These people have no souls and no sympathy. Don't tell them about your financial situation; they don't care.
