Can a payday loan company call you at your job and threat to sue, if can't commit to paying?

1. Tell them to stop calling. And just for fun, tell them you aren't going to pay them.

2. Hang up immediately when you recognize that it's the loan sharks on the phone line.

3. If they call again, hang up again.
