Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I got a payday loan online several months ago and asked for a payment extention by phone. the reperstentive granted the extention. the following day i recieved a phone call and the represtintive stated that the full payment was going to deducted from my account the next buisness day. i need the the money for an emergancy so i with draw my money from my account. after all the overdraft fees caused by that i was unable to pay back the bank which closed my account and was sent to collections. now they are calling me and my job in an attempt to file legal charges against me for writing a hot check.

who is calling...the bank or the lender..neither are entitled to file hot check with district attorney...and ask them to put it in writing so you can get a lawyer to sue the one threatening
