Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I took a payday loan I haven't paid it back yet but I plan to the company I took a loan threw fillied a law suit and the guy called me and told me if I didn't give him 1500 today I was gonna be arrested. What are my options?

If u have proof of the phone call..u could sue them for violations of fair debt law
