Payday loan

I got a payday loan for 1125.00 and wrote a check. I was waiting for a bonus from work, but didn't get what I expected. Can I be charged with theft by check? They keep calling me telling me this.

Call us for a lawyer to help you with those matters..T. Dean Malone in Dallas...few lawyers take those cases but threats are a collection violation..
