Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

payday loans

What could or should happen if I do not pay off the payday loan that I have out? I have got to the point that I can not keep paying the juice on it nor pay it off. Will I get served papers to apear in court or what? I live in the state of Texas. Thanks for any help on this matter.

You'll probably be sued for the money owed. Those will be papers to appear in civil court.
