I have several payday loans ithat are coming out if my checking account.

What is the best way to stop the ACH from my account

Your primary options are to:

1) Pay the balance.

2) File bankruptcy as the bankruptcy stay will stop the debt.

3) Close your bank account but you will still owe the debt and be potentially liable under a civil suit.
