Paying additional debt after paying settlement

Once I have payed a reached settlement agreement to a collection agency can the original company to whom the debt is owed charge me for any unpaid debt for example if the orginaldebt was for $700 and the collection company offers a settlement of $5oo can the orginal company charge me the remaining $200?

No. Particularly not after you've gotten the settlement and release in writing.
