Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Paying a bill

My grandfather died in April, 06' and he had insurance to cover his entire funeral, my grandmother has since died in Dec. 2007, but we had her funeral moved because we just didn't care for their service, nothing said, the other funeral home made all of the necessary arrangements and now the funeral home we used for our grandfather contacted us saying that we owe a 200.00 bill. We haven't heard from them on this matter concerning my grandfather at all, it has been two years, do we have to pay this bill?

perhaps..it may be cheaper than fighting in Court..but look at the agreements/guarantors..etc..
