Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have my payroll and child support direct deposited to my checking account. Can the creditor freeze those amounts in a checking account if ordered a judgment against me? $21K to Citi.

They will just freeze whatever money is in the account. The child support/payroll will be irrelevant. You should talk to a bankruptcy or consumer rights lawyer.
