Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

pending lawsiut

we have been notify by somebody an investagator about a vechile that was repo in the 90's sometime ago . they said we had to make arrangement to pay or go to court they could not tell me who the company is that they are working for or what vechile this was . My wife and I do not know what to do.

it sounds like a scam..but get the name/address/phone..etc..from anyone who contacts you and makes such threate..if you don't you cannot protect yourself..
